What is rapid prototyping?

Rapid prototyping is how a hardware product goes from an idea to a working gadget in weeks rather than months. It covers schematic design, PCB layout, firmware, sensor integration, motion control, on-device AI and cloud connectivity. The devices we build run production-grade firmware on real hardware and produce real data, so they can be tested with users, deployed in the field, or demonstrated to investors.

How long does it take to build a prototype?

Timeline depends on complexity. Simple IoT devices are typically ready in 4 to 6 weeks. Complex embedded systems with custom PCBs take 8 weeks or more, since board fabrication and assembly add lead time outside our control. We scope the schedule with you before any work starts.

What industries do you serve?

We work across IoT, robotics, healthcare, agriculture, industrial automation, consumer electronics, smart home, wearables and edge computing. Our expertise spans hardware prototyping, robotics, firmware development and machine learning on edge devices.

Do you provide PCB design services?

Yes, we offer comprehensive PCB design services including schematic capture, PCB layout, design for manufacturing (DFM), and prototype fabrication. We work with both simple single-layer boards and complex multi-layer designs.

Can you help with firmware development?

Yes. We build firmware and embedded software across the boards hardware teams actually ship on. On microcontrollers that means Arduino, ESP32 and STM32. On single-board computers it means Raspberry Pi and the NVIDIA Jetson family, including the Jetson Nano and Orin Nano, where on-device vision and AI need real compute. We also work with Particle and Blues where cellular connectivity is required. Projects range from a single sensor integration to a full IoT system with cloud connectivity.
